We understand that this is a long application and there are many questions about you, but we ask these questions for the safety of our current volunteers and our clients. The clients we deal with are remarkably vulnerable at this time and we need to ensure safety for them and also for our current volunteers. We apologize if any of the questions seem intrusive. We are only able to move forward with completed applications.

General Volunteer Trainings

For new volunteers, TBAFund hosts GENERAL VOLUNTEER TRAININGS, where you will learn more about TBAF and how to get involved in certain tasks or projects. This training is available for ALL VOLUNTEERS. Once you complete our General Volunteer training: you will be added to our volunteer list, be able to attend our general meetings, and be able to get more involved with TBAF!

We do NOT currently have our next GENERAL/NEW VOLUNTEER Training scheduled due to a high volume of calls and intake requests. We will follow-up with you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience. *

Practical Support Volunteer Trainings

TBAFund also provides PRACTICAL SUPPORT for our clients (ie: transportation assistance, childcare, intake phone calls, etc). Because we work directly with clients, we work hard to ensure their safety- and that requires that we ask more from our volunteers. (NOTE: Because of the times that appointments are scheduled, transportation/childcare are provided during morning/afternoon hours M-Sa.)

If you are ALSO interested in roles that involve direct client contact like Practical Support, we require a PRACTICAL SUPPORT TRAINING in addition to the General Volunteer Training.

We do NOT currently have our next PRACTICAL SUPPORT VOLUNTEER TRAINING scheduled due to a high volume of calls and intake requests. We will follow-up with you as soon as possible, and we appreciate your patience. *
